About us

The Goldstein Amicus is the student newspaper of Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences. We are written, photographed, drawn, edited and recorded by students, and we publish every month of the school year.

Amicus is Latin for friend. A friend tells you the truth, shows up when you need them and sits with you at lunch. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

We meet every Wednesday after school in room 305. No experience needed. If you can notice things, you can write for us.
